Safety OK but do it organised!!!!
The silence. The room had everything it needed.
The fact we had to leave our official ID card at the front of one of the entrences of the communety where the the hotel was located. We drove out to get a late dinner and by returnig we were promped again for an ID. When we picked up ours when we left next mornig the guard had to search for it between a bundle of papers lying around in hes little office. In his search i saw the ID cards of different people being moved around. They leave this more than important items lying around anywhere....

not satisfied at all
just walking distance to the SM mall... the staff in the counter she is friendly.. and very accomodating..
we stay there one night with our 2,468.00 there is no free except the water only. and how come the toilet has no facilities like using after poo.. ? and we will looking for something to use.. only one glass in there? pillows smell bad maybe they dont change the beddings.. or they dont wash the sheets well.. and it says NO smoking.. how come the guest at the other room they are smoking we smelled it.. we try to keep ON the aircon even though it is very cold. so that we dont smell the smoke that much..

We are so happy we found this place. On an excellent location, very affordable, secure and clean.
The Staffs are very accommodating. Location wise, its excellent, close to shops SM Ecoland. Easy access to public transport and its situated in a very quite neighborhood. It's in a very secure subdivision, there's a security guard 24hrs. The Marton Suites, its a very nice place, its just like your in your own house, plus it has its own security guard in the premises. We are so happy we found this place. We stayed for 14 nights and very affordable. Highly recommended.
One thing only, the toilet needs to fix because when you flush it makes squeeking noise. I don't think thats a big problem, it still do its job, but they need to look and check on it.

Their rates are affordable. The rooms are fairly spacious. They also have great staff there.
Location. just location. quite a bit inside and not along the road but we can't change roads can we?
